Nothing to do with Napa but u-haul denied my rental at first and then took time for Napa to get it fixed so that I could rent the furniture dolly. U-Haul only had my phone number correct, my name was spelled wrong and my drivers license wasn’t even close to mine, thank god Napa kept working to resolve the problem because I was out of town in a small city which I had drive a long way to get to so I would have been screwed if I wasn’t able to get my rental

I was treated like a VIP customer. I confirmed a reservation for a truck in Missouri Valley, IA. The truck was not there because the customer never returned it. All I asked, if there is another truck, does not have to what I reserved, somewhere near by and if I can drop off in Missouri Valley (because that’s where I live) I wouldn’t mind going there. Within 15 minutes the district manager called me said there was a truck in Blair. He was so apologetic. I told him it’s no big deal, things like this happen and they cannot control customers who do not return equipment on time. The customer service I received at Missouri Valley and Blair locations were 10 out 10 highly recommend! I will always use U-Haul for moving needs. Thank you!

GLEN HThe personal there needs more training, i was there for 45 minutes, also they did not do the correct drop off to Scottsbluff, NE so i was charged an additional $560.00 for the wrong drop off location. I was 470 miles 7.5 hr drive and i was to return it back to Blare, NE in 3 days. not happy with getting the surprise additional charge.
