Can't think of anything that could be improved. Was immediately greeted, the person checking in my truck was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was positive.

Julio CI made my reservation for a 20' truck June 19th to be picked up July 10th. The location was 3miles from my mountain home. I did this with confidence that a reservation ment something. Just like a hotel room.... it would be there as expected. July 7th ... 4 days before my pick up, I received a call stating my truck was available at a different location 5 miles from my house. OK. But wait... July 9th at 7:52am (day before my pick up) I receive yet another call telling me I know have to drive to a third location 18 miles away in Blairsville GA. The vehicle was great but the reservation mess and being jerked around was not pleasant , just stressful. Shame on your Reservation Policy.
