Great customer service!
Eric DU-haul rep the two times we went there to pickup and drop off our truck, he would leave early to lunch that was posted 12noon - 1:00l We got there to the office to pickup our truck at 11:35 but door was locked. Drop off our truck at 11:50 am but the door was locked.
