Shannon G.Pick-up was confusing. Instructions from app stated to located truck 1st, then locate key box which required repeated trips across the property. Key box was difficult to find, as a large uhaul truck was parked in front of it. Key box needs to be located closer to truck parking area for picking up. It appears to be placed where it is convenient for employees but extremely inconvenient for customers.
