The drop off at A&A was great as well. Easy in and out, plenty of space to drive in and park.

I called before taking the trailer back and was told it would be accepted. We arrived at the facility which was a sprawling storage facility with no hint on where the office was. We pulled the trailer through rows and rows of storage units until we got boxed in by some cars and trucks. A man came you and asked sarcastically if we “were out cruising ”? He then asked me to backup (it was very narrow and a long way.out. I asked if the one car the was blocking us could be moved and he said “nope it was broke”. After a minute or two, he pulled out his phone and called the owner who came out and moved the car. He then gave us some direction son where to put the trailer. A simple sign or two as you drive in would made it simple but we weren’t given any instructions on the phone or signs on the property. It was a very disappointing return. Our experience over the years with Uhaul has been excellent—this drop-off was the exception.
