We had to pay for an uber to pick up the truck then was told that the truck we reserved that was at the location couldn't be given to us and that we would have to go to a different location and after several xalls and hours of waiting was finally given the truck we reserved but that put us back half the day and then the storage unit did not give us the right code and it was late by this point since we had to wait so long for the uhaul we reserved so ended up being behind and we were given an extra day but that caused missed work which our finances couldn't afford so it was all a huge inconvenience and hassle.
