I rented a tow dolly and returned it the same day during business hours. I informed the guy atc the counter it was returned and he said I was good. I then received an email 4 days later saying it had been returned 4 days late and I was being charged double what my original price was. I have since gotten two more electronic receipts with different prices so I have no idea how much I have actually been charged. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Waited 20 min past reservation time for the person who did the uhaul stuff to get back from a part run. The truck inside the back wasn’t the cleanest. The reserved dolly was not available
Brian DU-Haul acted so poorly in almost all interactions over this rental
Jeremy NI was told by U-Haul rep that I could drop truck and trailer at location yet after unloading and returning truck was informed I had to take trailer to different location. Literally the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had!
JEREMY NEasy pick up and return from a nice worker at the tire shop. Truck was 99% clean minus some mud/dirt on the floor of the cab but that’s nbd. It was a newer truck too so it performed well.
