For the second time this month, this location has overdrafted my bank account. I returned the van on the same day however it took them until the third day to check it back in,, causing the system to charge me for extra days. The van was filthy when i picked it up inside and out. The inly guy employed there didn't show up for work so they had to call someone in to check me out. After two days of phone calls to U-haul, I was finally able to get the district manager to check the van in. This is the only location in Blue Ridge with a van to rent. I do NOT recommend this location in the slightest.

They do not check the equipment in until someone wants to rent it again. after i returned it early, they charged an extension on my rental overdrafting my bank account. this is the second time in two weeks this has happened. when i chatted with customer service i asked if this is common practice and was informed that for some locations, it is. i am poor, my only vehicle just burned, and for them to willy nilly play with people's money has severe consequences for someone in my situation. U-haul has "opened an inquiry into the matter and will take several days to resolve". I'm the meantime, every transaction that hours my bank account in those few days will be net with an nsf fee. if you truly want to improve things for your company's customers, you will remove this location's right to rent your equipment.
LESLIE HOnly problem with truck was it was infested with roaches had to fumigate before packing waited 24 hours to start loading to ensure no roach activity. Otherwise all good
James CThis is the worst experience I have ever had. Was contacted the morning of rental and told original pickup location was not going to be open but another location had trailer, which they did not. Ended up getting a different trailer. I had currently been charged over 500.00 dollars in different charges for things a did not want, such as insurance which I declined on original rental and some bs safe tow crap that nobody seems to know what it is. Been to location twice to try and solve and all they say is they can't do anything, they couldn't even check it in until 6 days after I took the rental back although I walked in office to return, told him name and I was returning it and where he wanted me to place it. Called the Uhaul customer no-service line and they couldn't really do anything but dispute insurance charge. Currently waiting for manager to call me back to get it corrected. If I do not hear from him in a couple of days I will dispute all 5 charges on mt card and fight tooth and nail not to pay anything but the 100.00 charge it should have been. For a large company that you are you should be much more responsive to such a large screw up and not let outlets rent your equipment that don't give a crap about customer service and would probably have a hard time changing a light bulb.
Kyle HNoah was great in helping with getting me on the road. Vee was absolutely wonderful when I returned the unit to the Panama City location.
