The self serve pickup process was difficult and not as advertised. Thankfully a gentleman was available at this closed location to assist otherwise I would not be able to pickup the truck.
Don CThis was a terrible experience. We dropped off our rental nearly 5 hours early to which I was told I would get an email. Three hours later I’d received nothing to which I called and was placed on hold for 9 minutes after which the call was dropped. I then called back and was placed on another hold for 11 minutes and then the call was dropped. Every time I called after that the call went straight to voicemail. We ended up having to go back up to the drop off where we told it could take 2-3 days to receive the email because they don’t always check them in that day. It was completely unacceptable and I won’t be back.

JON SUHaul (not this location but all) has a bad habit of letting you rent equipment on line and then not having it available - I reserved blankets and a furniture mover online but when I got to the location, those items were not available. UHaul needs to do something about their tracking system to fix this.
