First, I had to drive out into the yard to hook up my trailer. No associate came with me. Second, I returned the trailer a day early and was assured I would be credited. I was charged for two days as per the receipt. Third, I had to drive out to the yard and disconnect my trailer. Again, no associate came out to help with the disconnect. Worst service I have received from a Uhaul dealer.

People at this location helped to get us rescheduled to another location we did pick uhaul up at. At this location was told to go get my own truck and dolly from the yard across the street with no help at pickup location. Had to back truck up to where dolly was to load it. Had to take a dolly with damaged fender because other dolly was blocked by trucks so I couldn't back my truck up to undamaged dolly to get it out of yard. Instead of moving trucks to get an undamaged dolly for me they told me to take damaged one. I have used uhaul several times and truck and dolly was always brought up to me and dolly was always attached to truck for me.

jimmy V.Return was more complicated..., called U-Haul on Mon, 8-15-22 to get an extra day which was granted at no extra charge, that's nice, however, returned truck on Tue, 8-16-22 at about 12:30pm, was told by Bobby to park the truck and leave keys in it and to expect an e-mail closing out the invoice..., Since I hadn't received a close out e-mail, on Sun, 8-21-22 I called U-Haul to inquire about it and was told they'd contact return location and resolve. On Mon, 8-22-22 received an invoice with additional charges for extra days beyond return date of 8-16-22. After back and forth calls with U-Haul and return location issue got resolved and received credit for additional charges Finally, on 9-12-22, I received the actual close out invoice, almost a month later from truck return.

Marc D.I returned the uhaul a day early but the uhaul attendant did not check in my uhaul rental until the following day. Which was Saturday. They are closed on Saturday. That means that uhaul. Deliberately checked in the rental van, the day after I returned it, to avoid paying me back some money. Very dishonest. I also called uhaul to make sure they marked the van, returned on Friday and they said ok. Done. Taken care of. They lied. Very dishonest. Lying in order to rob me and steal my money. I spent thousands of dollars for uhaul rentals in the last few months, and uhaul still robbed me. Ungodly business. I called to settle the matter and the first lady hung up on me, by putting me on hold forever. Didn't call me back. 2nd lady returned money but less than full amount due me. Stealing is a crime and a sin. People suffer because of it. Van was great. Customer service gets a zero.

But, for some highly irritating reason, the third time I reserved a vehicle I received several urgent text messages saying I had to download software and take a photo of my drivers license or risk forfeiting my rental. The shop already had a copy from the previous rentals AND the address to which I was to hand over my valuable personal information was “http:†not a secure “https:†address We will look for alternates the next time we need to rent a van.

Bob B.The truck was filthy inside and outside. Prior driver drove thru elderberry bushes or similar. The inside wreaked of smoke and the front window inside and outside was disgusting. The loading deck was full of gravel and dirt. The drive was not smooth at all: The tires were shaking over 50mph. Not an easy drive on the interstate thru Atlanta! Before loading the truck we had to clean the cab, the windows and the loading deck.
