I had to hook up my own trailer across the street from the office. I ordered blankets and didn't receive any.

Virginia WThe self serve pickup process was difficult and not as advertised. Thankfully a gentleman was available at this closed location to assist otherwise I would not be able to pickup the truck.
Don CThis was a terrible experience. We dropped off our rental nearly 5 hours early to which I was told I would get an email. Three hours later I’d received nothing to which I called and was placed on hold for 9 minutes after which the call was dropped. I then called back and was placed on another hold for 11 minutes and then the call was dropped. Every time I called after that the call went straight to voicemail. We ended up having to go back up to the drop off where we told it could take 2-3 days to receive the email because they don’t always check them in that day. It was completely unacceptable and I won’t be back.
