Great service. Equipment was ready and in good condition. They helped me do the hook up to my truck and checked out my turn signals and brake lights. The people at Blue Ridge Tire are extremely nice and helpful and they made my pick-up experience very easy.

Several of the key lock box number paint were worn off and I had to guess the numbers. It worked out but that needs fixing. And the key drop off box was not in an obvious location. took some searching to find. I was expecting it near the front door but it on the side rear near a locked fence.
Dianne HI rented a tow dolly and returned it the same day during business hours. I informed the guy atc the counter it was returned and he said I was good. I then received an email 4 days later saying it had been returned 4 days late and I was being charged double what my original price was. I have since gotten two more electronic receipts with different prices so I have no idea how much I have actually been charged. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Joseph HWaited 20 min past reservation time for the person who did the uhaul stuff to get back from a part run. The truck inside the back wasn’t the cleanest. The reserved dolly was not available
