Corporate needs to be more open about advertising the initial cost of renting a vehicle. I was under the impression that the price was $19.95 per day plus mileage but upon returning the rental I see that it’s $19.95 for just 4 hours. Even when searching Google it says 19.95 per day. Not very happy.
BRIAN JMy original booking was with the Riverton 12600 S 4000 W location near my home. I luckily checked the order about 30 minutes before pickup and couldn't find my order. When I tried calling the location to see what happened it just rang and then went to a message saying the Verizon Customer you are calling can't be reached. I called Uhauls main number and the agent advised the location canceled my order. They didnt even call me. We got me a Uhaul over in Bluffdale but this added at total of 15 extra mile to my total which cost me roughly am extra $20 and extra gas. Quality Stone was really good to work with but your other location is the reason for my rating.
SHELDON SThe trailer straps were so rusted that i could barely ratchet them
Koby JI had no problem with the pickup and contract handling, but dropping it back off was confusing. The U-Haul location was closed during posted hours that it was supposed to be open. I there were no instructions as to where to drop the trailer off after hours and the gate was closed and locked. After an hour of waiting around for someone to return, I just dropped it off in the main parking area and prayed. There should be posted instructions for drop-offs when they close early. I never thought to look at the app.
