I had initially made a reservation at another location by accident. When I asked (in person)if I could switch to their location, they made it easy peasy! Staff was super sweet, and effortless when my driver picked up and dropped off. Next time I would ask for a drop down ramp, but we did fine without it. Thank you for making our move seamless!!

The facility was clean and well maintained. The personnel were friendly and helpful.
MARK BIt's just a drop off. During week end hours you park wherever you can find a spot .. and those are very limited.
EMMANUELLE PThey gave me the wrong trick and I had to go back after packing it and switch everything out to the new truck. Also, they are not open on Sunday. Originally I reserved a truck for a Sunday pickup and U-Haul had me scheduled to pick up the truck there but they were not open. I had to cancel the reservation and go back on Monday with a new reservation. Totally mismanaged company
