Have employees on site would be EXTREMELY helpful. Nobody from UHaul was available on the day I was to pick up my truck. Also UHaul is noted for renting ghost trucks. Be VERY careful and continue to verify your truck is where it’s supposed to be. The company moves your reservation around to other franchises instead of moving the truck to you. Terrible situation!!

DAVID LThey advertise being open from 8 to 5, but when I called to confirm my reservation that morning, they said they were closing at noon. I had to go online and change to the self pick up and then fight a lock in the rain. Had I not called first, I would have shown up and not been able to pick up my truck.
