The appliance hand trucks were not left in the truck like they were supposed to be, which is a paid add-on that we did pay for. Other than that perfect experience.

The trailer number on the paperwork didn't align with the number on the trailers on the lot. This was addressed and resolved very quickly. There were no problems at all hooking up the trailer with the proper electrical connections. The trailer traveled well for the 250 miles we needed, and the return was smooth and easy.
