Make sure they get a final receipt when equipment is returned. 2 rentals and both times never got a final receipt of charges.

RICHARD LI had great customer service, the friendly was amazing. I also appreciate the convenience of reserving the UHaul Truck, pick- up and returning. The only issue I had, and was very inconvenient, was not having a dolly. When I reserved the UHaul truck, I also reserved a dolly. When picking up the UHaul, I was told no dolly’s was available. This delay my time by purchasing a dolly that was a must. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service at the office, She was very helpful and found the nearest location where I could purchase a dolly. Thank You.
