No one was there, the app didn't work and I was told to have it at that location by 12:00pm, because the app didn't work and I couldn't get someone on the phone till 8:00 PM they charged me an extra day. Boaz location may not suck but U-haul rips people off and blames it on their system.

There was no one there we I arrived, I had to wait more than 5 minutes. No sign saying when they would be back. There was also no help in disconnecting or parking the trailer.
