The weather has been cold so they were thoughtful and heated the U-Haul up for me before I arrived! Smooth process, I’ve used this location 3 times and never had any issues. Would recommend to those in boerne or fair oaks area

System was down took an hour till we finally got the truck
ORLANDO MIt took us 40 mins to get key for. Had to call help and they had problems We needed safari to down load

ANTHONY TIt’s a TINY location so parking larger trucks can definitely be an issue. Might be worth it to try and find a larger space to make it easier to handle especially as it is near a busy intersection off of I-35.
