GEORGE PI was doing an inspection on a trailer that I needed, noticed the license plate light was not working. This was a concern due to having to drive roughly 350 miles at night. I told the person who was connecting my trailer, he did not want to change the light. He said it was the only trailer and take it or leave it, all while literally standing next to two other exact trailers. He seemed uninterested in me in general and was rushing my to leave. Since I needed the trailer I had no choice but to take the trailer as is. I was pulled over due to the light being out. I told the officer and they let me go on a warning.
