CURTIS WWe had a 1pm appointment and all we needed was our Dollie’s as we did the app pickup of the truck but we were told when we got there that only one person could help us with uhaul stuff and she was out to lunch. She helped another couple first even though they did not have a reservation because they got there before us. At 1:40 she finally got to us and our equipment was not even available even though we reserved it and paid for it up front. Only one of the two Dollie’s we reserved were available which was not going to help us for our couches so we said we would pass on the one dolly as we needed one for each side to move. She did not seem to care and stated well what do you want me to do, we don’t have it? I asked for a refund and she did she would have to have her field manager do it. He only refunded us one dolly not two even though we didn’t take the other dolly as it wouldn’t help us. We paid $24 and only got $13 refunded. I called uhaul and they said they would text the person to refund us the other $12 and then never heard anything or received our money back. Poor customer service and will never rent from them again.
Megan DI had trouble backing the trailer, and the gentleman working did it for me. Very helpful.
