TISHAWANNA AHad to go inside as this location doesn’t offer the 24/7 pickup but it was still quick and easy. Can return the truck after hours and we did and it was easy. No complaints!

GREGORY HI was there at Meineke Boiling Springs at 7:30 to check in the truck. When two store employees came in to open the store I asked for help checking in. I was the only customer and he told me it would be hours before he could help!!! Terrible representation of U Haul. I am not exaggerating. HOURS?
