Had to go inside as this location doesn’t offer the 24/7 pickup but it was still quick and easy. Can return the truck after hours and we did and it was easy. No complaints!

GREGORY HI was there at Meineke Boiling Springs at 7:30 to check in the truck. When two store employees came in to open the store I asked for help checking in. I was the only customer and he told me it would be hours before he could help!!! Terrible representation of U Haul. I am not exaggerating. HOURS?
timothy wUpon arrival for my Appointment, they had no trucks readily available to go out. The attendant didn’t even know there was a reservation made for a pick up at 10 AM. So I had to wait 30 minutes until they did clean and inspection on one of the trucks. The truck they gave me was full of dog hair and smelled like a dirty, wet dog. Both times I have rented U-Haul trucks, they have smelt like a wet dirty dog was left in there for days.
don sOnly problem was that the mobile app and website said that appliance dollies were available, they weren't. Other than that. Smooth process.
