When I picked up the truck, there was a quarter tank of gas. It wasn’t terrible to fill but it was not a good start to my experience to go fill up.
KEITH TThis placed was closed(doors locked) 20 minutes early when i arrived… sat there for about 10 minutes and finally ran into someone to ask where i could drop the trailer. Guy was super nice and said to drop it pretty much anywhere but asked if i could get it to a specific spot. After everything was said and done i was just about to leave and another guy came out yelling telling me to hook back up to the trailer and put it somewhere else where it belongs. 2 things I recommend, improve your communication throughout your staff and i didn't appreciate the hostility. Not to mention remain open during your posted business hours

BRIAN BWrong key to the wrong truck in the pickup box.. Manager didn't answer phone. Customer service said they would put me in a bigger truck for the same price yet charged me for the bigger truck. You suck
