There were a lot of issues with the truck but it did get the job done which is what matters most. I would recommend this location to a friend but I would also tell them about the issues I had with the truck. Transmission slipped sometimes, radio worked randomly, front windshield was (is) water stained but not so bad that I couldn't see out and the steering wheel had (has) a lot of "play" in it. Kind of making it scary on the interstate. I think it's also important to mention that on a positive note, the AC worked very well.
PATRICIA MAlthough I liked that location, the location I reserved was in Idaho city and I was only called about the location change the day before which made it a quite complicated ordeal since I had limited supports to facilitate the change in pickup location. If I had known that I had to go to Boise, I could’ve gotten a ride with my son-in-law who worked in Boise had been notified earlier. I didn’t like having to leave my car there unattended overnight.
DENISE WDouble check all lights work prior to rental. The light for the license plate did not work but wasn’t a problem for me.
CAMDEN WEmployee met me in the parking lot, was very friendly and engaged, told me exactly where I could put the trailer, listened to my concerns about the nail and expressed apologies for any inconvenience.
