Employee did not know how to complete the transaction to issue me the equipment. The owner of the location had skipped town to go to Chicago, leaving a incompetent employee that he hadn’t trained.

DOROTHY WThe online check-in/out process is very challenging in bad weather and places that do not have good cell phone coverage.
Travis DI was supposed to pay $75 rounded up, somehow I got charged 92(also rounded up) from pickup location, then an additional $32 apon drop off.. pretty angry. Thanks U-Haul!
