Drop off after hours is confusing. You park the truck on a residential street since the gates are closed and there is a hard to see little box to drop the key. They also charged me $48 for a “missing/damage” fee but it doesn’t say what it’s for? I only had 12 blankets and they were all in the truck. My guess is they charge everyone that and hope nobody realizes. Now I have to call and try to figure it out.
