If you rent a 5X9 trailer you cannot get a 5-foot wide UTV in it! Why because the entry gate is too narrow! The 5X9 refers to the floor of the trailer not the sides! So, my rental experience was a waste of time, gas, and money.

MICHAEL Smake the UHaul app much easier to use and be sure its working properly. it was a nightmare to use.
ERIC MWe had 24 moving pads in our reservation that we were told would be in the truck upon pickup. We picked up on a Saturday so the location was closed. We had to use the app to pick up the truck. Could not get it to load pictures correctly, live chat would not work. It was the following day before we were able to alert anyone we were short moving pads. To reserve more than 1 day no one seemed to know what to do. It took several phone calls before I got someone from Uhal that could help me. The person who was finally able to help me was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to help me. Just very frustrated by the time I got to her.
