I reserved a 15' truck and toy hauler on Sept 5th for Oct 9th for pick up in Sedalia MO. I was contacted by a UHaul rep on Oct 7th that there was no equipment at the Sedalia location and I had to drive 45 miles away to Boonville MO to pick up my reserved truck and trailer. While a minor inconvenience, UHaul had more than a month to get the equipment to the rental to the destination I reserved. The rep added a day and miles to my rental but I lost a morning driving to get the rental.

Eric NVery kind! Did not have any hand trucks though which I think is not acceptable for a U Haul center
Rebecca HU Haul was missing equipment. The u haul truck I received was incredibly damaged on one side. For an 8 hour drive, the metal banged back and forth, creating a repetitive banging noise.
MADISON AWas disappointed our 10 ft truck didn’t have a ramp. Asked agent and he said yes they all have ramps. Got to destination a NO ramp.
