Very rude customer service. The uhal app needs major upgrades. The app does not work we could not book the trailer and the customer service at braudt auto was horrible. Would never rent again through uhal and braudt auto.

My destination is Richland center Wisconsin here is a U-Haul agency it was better to have the delivery in this place, because going BOSCOBEL is not bad if not the guy who attends is not pleasant at all! Maybe I don't speak much English but customer service has to be the same for everyone.
CHRISTIAM OMy experience was horrible. Your scheduler sent me to this Boscobel pickup location, claiming there were no trailers available at my local La Crosse location. This was a 4 hour round trip I had no choice to make the afternoon before my trip, time I did not have to spare. A friend of mine picked up a trailer at the same La Crosse location at the time I had scheduled to pick mine up, and told me there were 3 other trailers available. He told me they were still there when he dropped his trailer off the next day. If I had any other option, I would use it. This is the second consecutive rental where I have been screwed around by your schedulers. Very dissatisfied. Dale Boone
Dale BI've rented many U-Hauls over the last 50 years and Braudt Auto is the best. I notice that, surprisingly, you have opened a second location in our little town of 3,200 people. Please try not to lose Braudt.
