The check in person was very nice, but did not help with unhooking our two trailers. It was very congested with trailers and trucks, for a very small location. There was no check in process, and I was concerned that my trailer would not be properly received back in. The app was not helpful in the return process. The equipment was clean and worked great.

richard wHad an appointment for 9 yet no one was there until 9:15. Also, didn't realize until on the road that the trailer had no running lights. I rented from UHaul because I thought they were reliable.
