The gentleman at this location is super rude and not helpful. He does not answer the door when he is inside and supposed to be open.

Colin AThe truck was dirty inn the cab. It was coffee stain on the dashboard and garbage behind the seats.
Ion ZThe place doesn't have a key box. Only after I contacted you that an employee was sent to give me the key 45 mins late. After I got the key I had to jump start the truck. Upon returning it, no drop box. I stashed the key in a place that I knew the owner would get it. Here we are 18 hours after dropping off the truck and I still don't know if you have the key. Did the family that was supposed to rent the truck on Sunday get the truck? If they didn't, will I be charged more because of where I left the key? The whole check in / check out experience was a total nightmare. Here it is 6 AM and I was laying in bed unable to sleep worried about this Stupid.
