The place doesn't have a key box. Only after I contacted you that an employee was sent to give me the key 45 mins late. After I got the key I had to jump start the truck. Upon returning it, no drop box. I stashed the key in a place that I knew the owner would get it. Here we are 18 hours after dropping off the truck and I still don't know if you have the key. Did the family that was supposed to rent the truck on Sunday get the truck? If they didn't, will I be charged more because of where I left the key? The whole check in / check out experience was a total nightmare. Here it is 6 AM and I was laying in bed unable to sleep worried about this Stupid.GLENN L.

No one was there to deal with us for pickup. Took over an hour with the dealer on the phone before we could get the vehicles. one of the vehicles had a drilled out gas tank. Dealer wouldn't come to get us another truck. So much went wrong with this rental, and customer service and management are not replying to emails or messages. I have created a case file and was supposed to have had a GM call me on the 26th which never happened. Being overcharged for fuel when I have photos showing the fuel level at pickup. Sent down the highway with fuel pouring out of the tank, very unsafe. Charged for two trucks when only one was operational. Please see case file which is attached to either 14799212 or 15728658Meaghan B.
Tell the truth to the customer and give enough notice when there is new news about a customers uhaul and not lie about the where abouts of the location and try and cancel the order when you call the customer. The trailer was in this location for more than one week before the move call the customer and let them know not call them the day before there move and insist on canceling it.Glenard R.
Very disappointed with UHaul. I had a reservation and was supposed to pick my 6x12 enclosed trailer up in Chilliwack for a cross country move. The day before my move I was told I had to go to Boston Bar to get my trailer. A four hour round trip! When I picked up the trailer it was covered in mud, not a big deal, but I was told that I needed to contact UHaul to finish the rental process, and there was no paperwork required. Unfortunately, no cellphone service at the pick up site so I called UHaul the next day to finish the process. The customer service agent told me that there was paperwork that should have been done in Boston Bar. She said I needed to return the trailer to Boston Bar to have the paperwork completed, - another 4 hour round trip for something that was not my fault. I offered to go to a local UHaul agent to do the paperwork but I was not going back to Boston Bar as it would cut into my travel itinerary. She told me if I didn't take the trailer back to Boston Bar she would call the RCMP and report the trailer stolen. Think about that. I had a reservation, they had my credit card, my address, and I phoned them to finish the rental process and she is claiming I am a thief, and the trailer is stolen? I can only imagine the RCMP officer would have laughed their ass off at her. I thanked her for her "customer service" and just hung up. Fortunately her Regional manager Alvin called me. He was much more reasonable, apologized for the situation Boston Bar put me in, and then completed the rental for me online. I very much appreciated his intervention, but UHaul clearly has a customer service agent who should not be employed in that capacity.david H.
The gentleman at the Canyon Tire location was excellent. He went out of his way to make my business transaction smooth. The person on the call center end was atrocious. He should not have a job in public relations. Rude, ignorant and pompous are a few words I can use to describe this guy. I gave up speaking to him after he told me that there are other movers I could have gone to. Disgusting and the reason I will never recommend or use U-Haul ever again.Arnold M.
