Called to confirm that they had our reservation and equipment available. The equipment was not in the car. Office was not open at the time of pickup and so we were in a situation where we had to move without the proper equipment. There was also trash in the car from the previous user still in the car.

Our representative was absolutely amazing!! However the cargo area of the truck leaks terribly. We were in torrential downpours last night and today and this cause my furniture and numerous items to be massively water logged and ruined.
