The truck was not available at the original pickup location. We were not notified the pickup was changed to an online pickup instead of in person. They were not open when we were to pickup the truck, even though the hours posted said they should be. We waited for some time to see if someone would show up. Then eventually called Uhaul who said we were an online pickup and should proceed that way. In the end wasn’t clear communications and the hours posted for the locator were not correct, or someone was not able to open in time.

Truck was a bit dirty, parking was very difficult, the close quarters made pickup and return pictures very difficult to accurately take.
Joel NMoving blankets that I paid for were not there. Key was just in an unlocked and open box. Fuel was only 1/3 full when I picked up and they tried to charge me for it. Also the app is awful.
