The truck was parked very tightly in between other trucks, so it was hard to even get into the truck to get out and review the outside/inside of the vehicle. Then they forgot the dolly and pads that I requested. Would recommend going to an actual uhaul location with workers on site.

The person was very nice. They did not have the dolly we had ordered (and didn't have a furniture dolly, but we hadn't requested that) they were very reasonable to work with.

anders lI am writing to report a disastrous experience with my recent truck rental on Saturday. I arrived at the designated 24-hour pickup location, only to find the facility closed and the app directing me to pick up the keys inside, which was impossible. After being met with unacceptable wait times on the phone and via chat, I finally connected with a support agent who mistakenly had me try three-digit codes on four-digit boxes. Eventually, I just tried all the boxes and happened to find keys in one of them which were for the wrong vehicle. I had to go through an entirely new process to get a different truck than the one I rented.
Andrew KThe manager Justin was just wonderful! Since I was from out of town and unfamiliar with the area, he made sure that I had a way back to my hotel and even made sure that I knew exactly where the subway station was. He really takes care of his customers. 👍
