my first reservation was in Bluffton SC and when I went there they said the trailer was not available as a trailer light was not functioning. They said I had to drive 45 minutes to Beaufort SC to get a trailer. This was very maddening as I had my whole family in the car including great-grandma! We drove to Beaufort and building was locked and nobody was there! I called their number and phone was answered and person said they would be there in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later they showed up and I got the trailer. Very frustrating as I had a reservation. Cost me time and money to drive 45 minutes each way to Beaufort never mind the aggravation!!
Richard FNo help in dropping off trailer. The guy told us here to leave it. Had to go find the guy again and ask him to help disconnecting and moving trailer. He couldn't be bothered. No receipt for dropping off the trailer. He says he only does it electronically. Two days later - still no receipt. We dropped off the trailer just the way we found it. There had better not be ANY charges.

Richard FThe tailor was very old and extremely dirty, the interior was greasy. We were quite concerned as we had several cloth furniture. Otherwise, the trailer functioned fine and for.us to where we needed to go.
