Poorly run. No owner showed up to process my application. My signature was forged on the form. I never filled out any paperwork at all during pickup. I waited for 20-30 minutes with no one in line. Mechanic was working on something else and said I need to wait until the owner called back. What a joke.

Location was in dumpy old gas station and the clerk was smoking a cigarette while I was renting the trailer.
Dana SDifficult to access, often bad traffic in that location - not the fault of the proprietor. Not staffed during advertised business hours, had to use mobile drop off/checkout - not a problem for me but could be for someone else.
