The return occurred in the early evening, yet it was still dark. The parking lot was understandably still recovering from a heavy snowfall storm and it was raining as well. But the lot was poorly lit and hard to safely back up the trailer. I had been told to leave it anywhere in the lot and returned it as close to where the lot attendant had hooked the trailer up in the morning. I felt it was safe to do so with no one to help guide the trailer in. I then returned home. To my surprise, that evening I received a comment from UHaul that I was to drop the trailer off in some other state. I had never intended to do anything but a round trip rental. In the days that followed I kept getting messages about the trailer not being dropped off. After a few days I returned to the location where I had made the reservation and spent more time trying to figure out what had happened. I had to make a call to UHaul corporate. They had to track down the trailer that had somehow not been put back into the system as returned. And your charges on my charge card were reversed. I found the whole return part of my experience to be very disappointing and will consider alternative options in the future.

The truck's bed was dirty. Also the truck did not have any gas in it
Charles Brunning lights did not work. Had to drive only in the daylight. Found out when I got up at 3;30 to leave on my journey. annoying!
