nancy pMake sure that with every 4x8 or larger trailer the shop upsell the customer on a locking pin specific to your trailers. We travelled to CA from MA and security was important. I didn’t think ahead of time about this need. It took us trying multiple U-Haul’s as we travelled to finally find what we needed. Actually, you should automatically ask whenever someone rents your trailers either online or on the phone. Easiest $20 sale anyone could make. Thanks, overall our experience was great.
craig sPoorly run. No owner showed up to process my application. My signature was forged on the form. I never filled out any paperwork at all during pickup. I waited for 20-30 minutes with no one in line. Mechanic was working on something else and said I need to wait until the owner called back. What a joke.
Michael BLocation was in dumpy old gas station and the clerk was smoking a cigarette while I was renting the trailer.
