JUSTIN BThis return location is part of a shop that runs a completely different business so when you walk in you are not sure that you are in the right place. Nice staff but they could not handle the return via computer, it had to be done on the phone app and took much longer than necessary due to glitches.
AMANDA CThe trailer had torn and therefore non-functional wheel tie-down strap, so we had to wait until the morning for it to be repaired and load the car.
