This service at this Uhaul location was excellent. The gentleman helping me was efficient and respectful. My only problem was that for the third time in a row, my reservation was changed at the last minute to either pick up at a different location than reserved (some 20 + miles away) or did not have the 10 or 15 foot truck that I reserved. Taking the reservation is easy, anyone can take the reservation, it's the holding the reservation that's important.

RICHARD PThis place is in a bad part of town in bowling green. The stores beside it are nasty, the outside was nasty. I dropped off on a Sunday, so had to use the drop box. Barely anywhere to park the 15 foot truck, no room to maneuver. Figuring out where we were to turn in was even a challenge.
