It was a mess from the beginning the women was out of town had to wait on another lady to bring the keys the price was not right I got charged for extra stuff I didn’t agree to the transaction to begin with was charged over $200 so I had to go pick it up told the women 3 times my drop off location was Glasgow had to call customer service because she put it at Grove Kentucky, so I had to call them and get it changed to Glasgow Kentucky

Debbie NThis was the third location I was sent to by U-Haul. I have never had issues when renting before but this was not good service. The location was not the issue it was the process and the U Haul 24-7 app. Not good at all
John CThere is equipment parked randomly all over the place. There was a trailer blocking the driveway to get in on one side.
