I agreed to drop the trailer at a Location preferred by U-haul for a reduced fee, I was billed the full fee. I called U-haul the day after dropping off the trailer and spoke to a representative named "Ashley". She stated the trailer had not been checked in yet (almost 24 hours later) and she contacted the drop off point who confirmed the trailer was there and that they'd check it in immediately. Ashley continued that she verified the trailer was checked in and that I was due the reduced rate for the rental. I was still billed the full fee. I would appreciate a refund of the difference to my credit card on file with U-haul. Thank you

Tony RWe didn’t choose this location. Someone didn’t do their job and leave the keys in the truck at our confirmed location. We had to call and wait for customer service to find us another truck and it took us to this location in a sketchy part of town. Made us an hour late and made us drive an extra 35 miles.
Hunter JThis place while listed as a hair salon looked awful. It’s tucked in between ruined buildings with broken glass and a drop off box. No one answered the phone and no one was there when I arrived. It looked like a place you’d pick up tetanus.
