Dropped it off at 12:23pm.. place was closed and locked down. not to mention, there did not appear to be a hair salon on site..no signage at all, just a uhaul equipment sign out by the road. and google maps took me a half mile from the site. i happened to find it by pure luck

Steven RVery dark and unsafe feeling location. It is an old delapidated warehouse area. Extremely poor lighting. While using the app from drop off, a rude man pulled up in a car and said, I’ll take the keys. He gave no identification that he was the owner or an employee. He became very mad when my wife asked if he worked there and for proof he wasn’t an employee. It was dark and raining when we returned the truck. We felt very unsafe at the location. We will never return a truck here again.
