Look, this reservation should be rated as ZERO stars. This was the third location we were sent for a vehicle but the process to get there was a complete disaster and UHAUL should be ashamed. The Cut and Shave Parlor were professional and took care of the reservation but how UHAUL handled this reservation overall was a disgrace. Will be taking my business to a competitor in the future
