They did not have the dollies or the cloths that I reserved. I had to go to another location and rent them separately, luckily there was a location nearby from Penske, otherwise the truck would have been really no use to me, the truck itself seem like it was dirty in the back with cement powder on the floor and the the rubber around the passenger door was coming off, and really it had no backup camera, which seems like a ridiculous thing in today's day and age and a safety Factor. At this rate, I probably would go across the street and rent from Penske whose prices are competitive and I would not recommend your company, feel free to ask me any further questions if you like

John GThe truck was old and very dirty. It looked like it had been used to transport cement to a building site. The check engine light was on and it had only 1/4 tank of gas. I asked for box and furniture dolly but they were not there and none were available. The manager shrugged his shoulders when I mentioned this. Very poor, zero stars. Disgusting service.
