Absolutely terrible. Office was a split business with a barber shop. Served while cutting someone’s hair. Truck’s brakes had a bad pull, steering so loose, was dangerous at highway speeds, had deflated tire(s). Tried overcharging compared to quote. Will be requesting compensation.

They got my rental messed up, they gave an old guy who drove 80 miles to pick it up, and then he charged me more money for a bigger truck i didn’t need? WTF?? Why is a billion dollar rental giant fing up and then making me pay for it? How am i supposed to make an elderly man who’s in his 90’s drive 2 hours back to where he came from?? I want this dealt with and my money back, i was told “you can either pay more or you can go somewhere else and see if they have your truck, but they probably don’t” ???
Victor WNo help to hitch up trailer, tells me to take picture after I had to do it myself. Trailer lights did not work, after I bought adapter so I would have taillights. You have websites that don’t exist, 210 N Congress Boynton Beach Florida. Terrible to do business with.

MATTHEW LParking area for trailers/trucks have very limited space for backing and maneuvering. There is no mechanic at this location. It is only rental with maintenance elsewhere. Time stamp clock for returns would be good addition. Why do 70,80,90k dollar trucks have no backup camera? U-Haul computer system is slow and often down. Who is in charge at U-Haul headquarters. The cameras need to be installed. This shows disregard for your own equipment. A red flag.
