My husband inadvertently left a bottle of water in the cab and some blue tape on the floor, the van was swept, they charged $25 dollars for cleaning I rent U-Hauls all the time, a few times they have not been clean I called and talked to Eric who thought a bottle and blue tape made it dirty !!! Total robbery Also when I picked up the truck the fuel was not full I told Eric this he said it was and that he had checked it in that morning I told him it was not, so I only went I believe thirteen miles, and paid $18 to fill it up 🤬

The trailer was dropped off but when the driver asked for a receipt he did not get one. They had to go back to the location and request one. I finally received one in an email saying trailer was returned.
