I had a great experience. The lady was very helpful and wonderful customer service. The only thing you might want to look at changing in the future is if you put a credit card down on your rental you should still be able to pay with cash also. It only gives you the choice of paying with one or the other and once you pay cash you can’t have a credit card on file.
