Well, I swept cigarette butts out of my trailer that I received. The third-party Quality Inn representative came to the front counter with a mouthful of food, did not welcome me in the slightest, and was rude to me upon first walking in to pick up my reserved trailer, and rather than hand me back my license and credit card, she just kind of threw them on the counter like they were garbage. There were no moving pads even though I reserved them and when I inquired about them she told me that U-Haul “didn’t know what they were doing”. Two days later when I return the trailer I walked by a large young man outside enjoying the morning sun and I said hello to him. Then I stood in front of the counter for five minutes until a guest went outside and told the same Quality Inn employee to get back to his desk as there was a customer standing there waiting. You really have to wonder who’s managing this place if this is the type of people they hire and this is the attitude they bring when they show up for work.

Rental processing was slowed by having the one desk clerk also checking in and dealing with guests at the hotel. Otherwise it was fine.
Rod JYOu provided us with what we needed and the timing of pick up and return coincided with our schedule. Thank you.
Will LI had a great experience. The lady was very helpful and wonderful customer service. The only thing you might want to look at changing in the future is if you put a credit card down on your rental you should still be able to pay with cash also. It only gives you the choice of paying with one or the other and once you pay cash you can’t have a credit card on file.
Deborah TWould not provide receipt for return or assistance unhitching.
