I had booked the U-Haul in Sudbury for a 20 foot U-Haul. The day before I was to pick it up they called me and told me they didn’t have one pour me. They were going to give me a 15 foot with a trailer. Thank God, Bracebridge had one so we had to drive it from Bracebridge to Sudbury and Sudbury back to Bracebridge. So I had to pay the mileage from Bracebridge to Sudbury and back because of your mistake. So if this is how you treat customers, I don’t wanna be a customer again.

charles wthe truck was very old and in poor driving condition, maybe not even safe it was a US truck and therefore was in MPH rather than km as a Canadian vehicle should be staff support was excellent as was convenience, but a truck with 160,000 miles (not KM) was not in great shape

Douglas CBooked van for 4:30 AM.... means im up at 3 AM Meaning everything was pushed back by HOURS! Causing people we needed help to no longer be available... meaning HEAVY things was done by 2 people vs 5.... Both workers i spoke too are great help and deserve higher pay (lol we know wont happen)
