It was the only truck in the lot. The truck sticking like dump and was full of smoke smell with a lighter in the cup holder.

Need some sort of tongue hoist to get it off the ground to the receiver, very heavy.
Jim PAll the photos required at start are ridiculous the salesperson shud be doin this it took us 20 minutes in minus 19 weather and because of the time we almost lost our movers waiting for us at our home location. What would a senior do that doesn't even have a cell phone to take the photos??make it easier for your customers who are paying for your rental and services!!!!????
Tracy RI feel I was overcharged seeing as I only had the van for 25 hours yet still charged for 2 full days.
Kevin PTerrible experience. Cracked windshield, bald tires, gas tank on empty. And the truck I reserved wasn't available on the day of pickup causing multiple trips and a GROSS overcharge to my credit card. This feels fraudulent and I am extremely unsatisfied.
