No help to hook up trailer
Murray MOverall a simple and convenient experience. It would have some signage on site for users as there were a few steps (i.e., where to get keys/drop off) that were unclear.
David KThe check in agent at bracebridge was not helpful with the mileage discrepancy on the dash it fid not match my contract at pickup he brushed us off to head office we wasted 1.5 hours with them in Brampton trying to fix the problem then we had with checkin online link taking photos Brampton didn't help so we called customer service in Tennessee to get help from Fox ge was professional polite and helpful that took another half hour. Now on return if truck I was charged for e tra mileage that we did not drive as dash proof shows we made trip under the mileage allotted not happy at all with uhaul very unprofessional except fir Tennessee office
Tracy RThe trailer we used was clean! But it wasn't 100%safe. There was 2 safety pins missing one for the chain that hooks up under the hitch and the one that holds the hitch in place on the ballmount was missing. Also the parking light didn't work . My husband and I mentioned it to the report and was told that none of there trailer have them and don't worry about it! We said we'll hopefully we don't get pulled over for unsafe cargo! Then while we were driving my husband noticed that the axle was bent or pins and bushings are bad! So we drove under the speed limit and returned it as soon as possible! The rest of the service was great it was definitely cheaper than hiring a company to do the work for us but please make sure all your trailers are safe and comply with safety standards!
