This car trailer had a broken wind up making it very difficult to connect. U haul said this is what we have attitude.
JEFFREY BRented a U-Haul recently and had a frustrating experience. One of the rear signal lights wasn’t working, which caused a lot of issues during the trip and made driving stressful, especially when signaling. Vehicle safety should be checked properly before handing it over to customers. Hoping they improve their inspection process going forward.
