Need a sign where to do the paperwork for dropping off. It is in the quality Inn . Hard to find. Wasted a lot of time looking for drop off office.

I was charged for 250 miles, I went 110 km. The odometer went from 5971 MIwhen I started to 1604 MI when I finished. How does an odometer go backwards over 4000 MI during my rental?
Barbara BQuality Inn did an outstanding job, the problem was with UHual head office that was having system errors and took 45 minutes to get me on my way. Quality Inn finally suggested that they take all the information manually to get me on my way and sort things out later.
