First time experience with U-Haul. The van and car dolly were at location as described. The van had a significant brake shudder but otherwise was clean and in good working order. I was please with the experience.
JERRETT HThis was by far the worst experience I ever had at an uhaul. They made us dig out our trailer from snow, and tossed us a shovel. Then it was frozen and I asked to use one that was not buried and at first they said no but after realizing how much we were struggling they finally allowed us. The manager was absolutely atrocious, also charged me for an extra day when in fact I was there the same time I left the place after shovelling. They also don’t help you at all so they tossed us a jack to try to get the trailer on. Every other uhaul I’ve been to all over would help. Terrible service, manager doesn’t care, I wouldn’t recommend this place in the winter that’s for sure !
Christina CNot a bad experience , but nothing fantastic at Bracebridge . Lady working wasn’t super helpful, but called to uhaul to notify that I was give the wrong drop off location and I was amazed how seamlessly they were able to solve the issue. Customer service was great on the phone
