My first rental was in Huntsville, 3 Crescent Rd and the trailer was not quite big enough, so the attendant rebooked another trailer for me in Bracebridge, which was extremely kind and helpful!

The light wiring had a 4 prong connector but my vehicle needed a round standard adapter. It was nit available. Please provide these to the pickup points. I was lucky since I had this adapter on a trailer. Others might find they don’t have one and may risk driving withoutt lights.

Linda ZI think I’d recommend U-Haul only to someone who didn’t have any other alternatives. I found that the attendant was super professional and helpful at this particular location. But the big turn off is the scare tactics about taking your insurance, how that’s in the online app and reinforced in person. I just don’t like those kinds of sales tactics and I have rented from other U-Haul establishments that were one out of five stars in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. So your organization is really hidden miss when it comes to quality.
Cameron PHave the inside cleaned better, the center console was filthy. Also the truck does NOT accommodate for a 4 bedroom house. We had to leave a lot of our furniture at our last residence. Please review your accommodation standards for this truck.
