When I dropped off the U-Haul I made sure I put has back where it was when I got to the dropped off location they said it’s not where it was supposed to be. I told the guy literally stop down the street to put gas so he charged me 18 more dollars for gas I had already put

The man I checked in with was extremely rude. Didn’t explain anything to me. He only say a few words to me. Just gave me the key and sent me on my way. Completely ignored my questions and the shop was filthy. I will never go to this location again.
