Rental should be available when scheduled. Was impressed when someone called to confirm reservation then no one was there for the confirmed pickup time next day. Truck had 1/4 tank of gas so had to stop to fill up on top of being late. Truck itself was fine.

Your service is expensive and every body have a different price for rental
RICARDO Pi'm not a perfectionist. There are things i might suggest but the experience with renting only my second uhaul ever was reasonably seamless and John (I think his name was) was efficient and helpful and answered any questions I had efficiently. i liked having multiple numbers i could call if we ran into problems with the rental.
Jared WI was given the wrong address. The personal to help was not there. Instructions were not clear.
