Raymond MPhone number to contact directly for any problems that may arise in regards to specific rented vehicles. Also a printed receipts as other people do not have printers, or not tech literate. Other than that everything is okay.
Johnny FThe cost of the rental with all of the fees and charges was quite high. Everything adds up so quickly, making it hard to determine which option to take. The worst part was the drop off and downloading the Uhaul app. Once you download the app, make your profile, and link your account to the initial pickup, you then have to upload pictures of the dash, cab, each side of the truck and the back. I thought that this app process was maybe just for after hour drop off, but no. I honestly felt like I was doing the job of the staff, who told me the app was the only way to return the truck. I will not use u-haul again in the future
