The person behind the counter was not helpful at all. I had to literally beg them to come outside to attach the trailer for me. They kept saying go outside and do it yourself. Didn’t have any information regarding the trailer I was towing, size measurements etc. I needed this information so I can confirm if the size of the trailer was accurate for the vehicle I was towing. I will never go back to this location and I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone living in GTA or Bradford.

Rick BUpon signing it in 1 person was there supposedly to take the same trailer. The owner manager was confused. Lights didn’t work and 1 out of the 4 light casing was out of its place on the trailer. The entire process wasn't like the past where I had to take a picture of the trailer before and after. I got charged a cleaning fee where I, specifically knew to clean it before dropping it off.
Matthew LNo issues with the location. But trouble with the App. App was bugging, unable to find my location even with my location settings enable. Unable to upload photos, and it skipped it after several time of trying.
