The Tk Home team was great to assist me. The front counter lady Alex was absolutely amazing to book with and explain all billing process. The truck attendant at the back was such a great guy, to make sure the truck was cleaned and has proper mileage and fuel report. I would highly recommend you go in person, as my phone conversation to UHaul was a nightmare, I was actually so frustrated, I was going to find alternate trucks. I was driving by and went to talk to Alex who had everything arranged for me within a half hour. I even booked a smaller truck as I returned the big one within 5 mins I was driving out. Great customer service from this location!!
