John TThe person behind the counter was not helpful at all. I had to literally beg them to come outside to attach the trailer for me. They kept saying go outside and do it yourself. Didn’t have any information regarding the trailer I was towing, size measurements etc. I needed this information so I can confirm if the size of the trailer was accurate for the vehicle I was towing. I will never go back to this location and I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone living in GTA or Bradford.
