Please make sure your website has the correct truck and dates that are available . We had to pick at different date and use a bigger truck (which you did compensate the difference) Otherwise than that it was a very good experience!

The staff at the store very friendly. I feel as though U-Haul is a rip off. Why pay per mile if I'm already filling the tank for drop off? I feel as you should only have to pay for miles of you don't fill up the tank. It's frustrating how I had to spend almost $200 just to move things. Will not be using U-Haul again.
