The hooks on the chains for the safety chains would not completely secure, maybe it was run over and bent, don’t know but we had to stop at the hardware store to purchase clamps to secures the emergency chains to the hitch. Delayed our departure by an hour, pay for the clamps, and then was questioned about the “extra equipment” on the chains at drop off. Everyone was nice but this was more trouble than what I wanted to and was prepared to deal with on moving day.
